there are no servers at all, it just stays on disconnected

i dont know whats happening, i just installed it, latest version, gta 4 downgraded using the connected method to 1.0.8.0 using latest gta connected.

could anyone please help me?

The most common cause of this is having a VPN enabled.

You can use the web listing here: https://masterlist.gtaconnected.com
Click on an IP address on the left, it'll launch in GTA Connected and connect automatically.
Your web browser might ask you if you want to open the link in GTA Connected. Click yes or allow or whatever the button is.

If it was working and you have already joined server, and the list to choose from doesn't display in Internet you may try clicking History to see the servers you were in before. I think this was fixed in 5.13 so make sure you update to the latest version
