I'm switching to linux and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience running the game and the connected client with wine or proton. Any guides or general advice would be appreciated. I'm especially interested in installing zmenu with it. I hope that is possible.

Don't know if you're still watching this thread but you can do it pretty easily with ZMenu by spawning a ped as your player model.

Just download the client to play gta4 multiplayer, but there is endless connecting and i can't see any server in list. Can anyone help me and tell me how to fix it?

when I try and host a Freeroam server on GTA4 I can play by myself, but as soon as someone else connects to the server GtaConnected crashes..
