Well there goes my idea of survival server... Thx for clarifying everything.

I would not include Skygfx or any other mod that modifies or messed with gta shaders in any way. But i do agree about Windshields and Tyres and i would also add Gas cap explosions to the list. But enabling/disabling gas cap explosions in script or in config is a must.

Maybe its included in  ? (Docs are missing so i dont know if that's it...)

There is already three languages that are dynamically or weakly typed, i would rather see C# since it is truly Object Oriented (as opposed to js and lua) and strongly/implicitly typed. It also supports pointers so it can be very powerful in right hands. And please avoid Java at any cost.

Any docs or examples? I couldnt find anything useful on wiki. Nothing about custom models/downloads and d3d9 only has rectangle function.

Just three questions.

1. Gui drag and drop? Is it possible? I have seen some functions for mouse movents and drawing so i guess it is but its easier to ask.

2. Custom shaders?

3. Custom models for object, vehicle skins, are or will they be supported?
