Hi , i there anything that i need to install for play gta 4 on 1.0.4.0 , evrytime i try to get this lauch it immediatly crash Help plz

GTA Connected doesn't support patch 1.0.4.0 for GTA IV.

Only 1.0.6.0 and higher are supported.

May I ask how come 1.0.4.0 isn't supported?
