hey gta connected is very stuttering here a video clip which stuttering i mean.

p.s on joining is the same. i join a server and on loading screen is stuttering.

i have RTX 3080, ryzen 9 5900x, 32gb ddr4 ram, i play on windows 11. no mod menus installed.

is not shitty website, is like youtube and tiktok and to record short clips ingame like snvidia shadowplay but with direct upload.
