GTA SA:

I got alot of SP ideas:
1. Play pool with a player or NPC
2. Play basket
3. Change CJ's clothes (synced for other players)
4. Gain weight, muscles etc. (Don't know if it's possible on all skins though)
An idea I had was to just to change CJ's head to a NPC's instead, but maybe that won't look great..)
5. Enable the default hunger system in SA (For those who like rp, I guess they would love it)
6. Flying cars cheat
7. Recruit NPC (like in SP)
8. Sync the ped speech/dialogs
9. Super punch cheat xD
10. Sync and make use of the spray tags
11. Cars can drive on water cheat (feature)
12. Change weapon color

Other ideas:
1. Change wheelsize
2. Give NPC armour
3.Set NPC behavior
4. Attach object to vehicle
5. Attach object to player
6. Mounted guns (usable)
7. Attached guns (usable) (like to a vehicle)
8. Shot from helicopter (Like the cops does in this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/VBe4ajn.png
9. Set NPC speech/sound (to a custom one) great for example zombie servers (?)
10. Change vehicle sound to custom or existing ones
11. Custom synced vehicle handling
12. Changeable synced waves

GTA III/VC
1. Custom synced vehicle handling
2. Synced weather
3. Changeable synced waves
4. Attached guns to vehicles
5. Attach object to player or NPC.
6. Cars can drive on water cheat (feature)
7. Set NPC speech/sound (to a custom one) great for example zombie servers (?)
8. And more of the SA features (that's possible)

All games:
1. Able to shot the head of (or with katana)
2. Server sided scripts? I have no idea if that works...
But my idea was: Server owner can download basically any GTA SP mod and all players can use it
3. Set player skin's clothes color
4. Some synced SP missions? If they aren't too hard?
It would be damn fun to play with more players..
Like SA Party or what it was named..
5. Force pole lights on/off
6. SkyGFX support!! (maybe that's already possible)
7. Weapon shoting range (when you try to shot moving target)

And also, I think you should make ads somehow.

Like Instagram and Facebook with alot of hashtags.

Just some ideas.

It would be awesome to have ragdoll support for SA.

and I appreciate it much since TDM in IV is perfect!

Sumo (with vehicles) in IV would have been fitting so much aswell since it have awesome vehicle damage and physics.
